    I enjoyed afternoon tea here with my sister not long ago - it's one of our favorite pastimes. The tea, food, service and ambiance were relatively good - as it should be - we were dining at a Fairmont property. I would've given it 5 stars if the tea included unique tea cups & pots and have the plates placed in the correct order.

    The restaurant is located in the ground floor of this fancy hotel. They serve a nice lunch, but the best of it is the restaurant itself. Beautiful scenery.

    We recently had the High Tea at the Laurel Court at The Fairmont and it was a great experience. The room is elegant without being stuffy. We each ordered a different tea and were all happy with our choices . Our server Jun was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. He was always smiling and very knowledgeable. He ask about allergies or dietary restrictions right away and substituted other choice for the Shellfish I'm unable to eat. Everything from the sandwiches to the scones and desserts were delicious. It was a very relaxing experience and one I would have no problem returning for. The Price, 47 dollars was I thought very reasonable for the quality and great service, especially when compared to other hotels in the area.

    The best hotel bar I have ever been to. The honey is from the bee's on the damn roof. Incredible.

    The restaurant in the Fairmont is a lovely place. The wait staff are always very polite and provide good service. The food is good to really good, and the breakfast buffet has a good variety. As you might expect for a hotel restaurant, the prices are on the high side, but it is very convenient when staying in the hotel.
